The New York State Police Investigators Association Fallen Heroes Memorial Scholarship is named in memory of NYSPIA members who have died in the Line of Duty. The FHM Scholarship is open to children of current NYSPIA members who are accepted to/enrolled in college, regardless of the type of curriculum studied. One $500 scholarship will be awarded per Troop and an additional five $500 scholarships statewide.
The application has been emailed out to all active members and is available below. The cutoff date for applications is July 22nd by 4pm. The Scholarship Committee will select and announce the scholarship winners at the Troop B meeting on July 23rd.
